Paperbag shorts have a loose fit with a high, gathered elastic waist. These sit mid thigh length. 
Casual shorts have a relaxed fit with a contrasting rib fabric waistband. Hidden inside the rib fabric is a length of elastic to ensure a secure fit. This style sits just at the knees. Ohhh, and they have pockets! 
Turn around time is approximately 6 weeks.
