CUSTOMER CARE

I take customer care very seriously and always want to make sure that my customers are completely happy with their experience and the items they have purchased.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

MJ's Little Stitches only sells custom clothing and accessories, with all items made to order. As such, we are unable to accept any cancellations after an order has been placed.

Any faults must be raised by email with MJ's Little Stitches within 14 days of you receiving the item. You must then return the item to MJ's Little Stitches within 14 days. Once received, MJ's Little Stitches will undertake a repair and return the item to you. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be despatched within a reasonable timeframe. If for any reason, a replacement item is not possible, then a refund will be issued.

Items must be sent back to us in the condition they were received, unused, unwashed and unworn.

Once an item has been returned to us and inspected we will contact you to advise if the refund has been accepted or rejected.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of an clear and obvious error, such as pricing,  we reserve the right to cancel any orders made using the incorrect information or pricing.

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, at our discretion. A full refund will be given if this happens. 

​

Turnaround times can occasionally change due to holidays, printer closure and high demand. Up to date turnaround times can be found at the top of each page and are updated regularly. 

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Every customer's privacy and safety is very important to me. I will never share your details with any other third party. I will only use your details to ensure your orders are being sent to the address you have supplied. 

If you sign up to the mailing list, I will use your email to send you details of new products, special offers and discount codes.

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.
